Our Lab has made a second field guide short book, Ethical Design Engagement with your Community. It has practical guidance for lawyers and courts doing design work. This one focuses on ethics: how to set up a design protocol that will ‘do no harm’ to participants.
We made it for our presentation yesterday at the California Judicial Council’s Beyond the Bench conference, in which we ran an afternoon workshop on how court staff can better incorporate their clients’ voices in improving their services.
