This new concept for a legal tool came from our Expunge Design Day back in November. They are coded mockups from volunteer designers and developers, that were made from sketches and requirements listed out by young people from the Bay Area as ideas for better record-cleaning and expungement tools.
The idea with this concept is that stories and photographs would greet the target user at the homepage of the app/site. These stories would be short, personal, and engaging.
After seeing the stories, then the target user would be more likely to understand the value of the process — and proceed to figure out if they are eligible for expungement by answering some questions.
