Earlier this week, I held a design night at Stanford d.school for people from Bay Area courts, to start off a brainstorming process about projects we could do. I ran several exercises to get court professionals mixing with designers, coders, and students — including one in which all participants had to come up with one idea to improve Guardianship proceedings.
